RMA / Service Request


Aqeri is more than high quality computer and communication equipment. We are also a reliable partner and will support you as a customer during the whole lifespan of our products.

To secure our customers’ long-term investments we have a service department that is well prepared to respond to any situation that may arise during the lifespan of our products. You are always welcome to contact our service team with any questions regarding repairs, installations and maintenance.

Service procedures

To increase the quality and traceability of our service a RMA-number must always be applied for before returning the product for service.

In order to receive the RMA-number the request form below has to be filled in and sent to us. Thereafter we will get back to you with the RMA number and return address. Please do not return any products before you receive the RMA-number.

Fields marked with (*) must be filled in. After sending the Service Request form, await RMA number and return address which will be sent to your transmitted address.

Here you can add a picture. If you like to add more then one picture please zip them and send the zip file.
Files must be less than 0 bytes.
Allowed file types: gif jpg png bmp tif rar tar zip.


  • The RMA-number is valid for 2 weeks after issued date. In case of later return than this period, a new RMA-number is required.
  • The freight charges for returning goods to Aqeri AB must be paid by the customer.
  • The returned package must be clearly marked with RMA number. Attach username och login if this is needed to access Windows. The returned product must be carefully and safely packed. Original packaging should be used if possible. Aqeri AB is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier or due to bad packaging.
  • The claimed products should be replaced or repaired according to the conditions noted in Aqeri AB customer warranty agreement.
  • Before returning any unit for service, be sure to back up data and remove any critical information. Aqeri is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media. Aqeri is not responsible for the restoration or reinstallation of any programs or data other than software installed by Aqeri when the product is manufactured.
  • A diagnostic fee applies to all repairs not covered by warranty.
  • A diagnostic fee will be charged if the error cannot be recreated at Aqeri.
